Three phase approach
Asymo's competent support in the introduction of software involves three phases. Concept-related questions are clarified and the target architecture developed with a senior team in the course of a preliminary study or preliminary project. Preparations are made for the implementation project at the same time (project organisation, etc.).
User requirements (use cases) are applied during the implementation phase in consultation with a team of technical and area-specific specialists. The end user is integrated into the project and introduced to the Avaloq system early on, on the basis of the Avaloq Model Bank. This approach serves to maximise acceptance and to deliver optimised project results.
Following the successful introduction of the system, it is then passed on to the operating organisation. During this phase, the focus is on the transfer of know-how and operational support, and operational activities are handed over to the bank's internal organisation.

Team
Asymo has a highly experienced team, boasting many years of working with Avaloq together with broad-based banking expertise, particularly in respect of operational banking processes. The appropriate specialists are deployed in the individual areas (stock exchange, settlement, payment transactions, migration, etc.).
The core team identifies correlations and acts on an inter-disciplinary basis. Not only does this enable them to change the current situation, it also enables them to create a scalable, sustainable solution specially tailored to the needs of the bank.
In working together continuously for a number of years, the Asymo team has acquired extensive know-how and can thus achieve optimum results in the shortest possible time without any friction losses for the client.
Methodology
Use cases (business requirements) form the platform for implementation. The prototyping approach is adopted, taking the Model Bank as a basis. The specialist representatives are integrated into the project early on. Adopting this approach ensures that results are achieved quickly and that fundamental changes in direction are avoided during the implementation phase.
Asymo has a toolbox that mirrors the basic use cases of a medium-sized bank, as well as extensive training documentation and other materials which ensure that quick progress is made during the first phase of the project.
