In addition to close coaching and internal know-how sessions, we also send our staff on external training courses and, where necessary, support them with longer-term training programmes. We will sit down with you and draw up a training plan geared to you personally and to the project environment, furthering your career and ensuring your personal advancement. The focus will be on the areas of information technology, project management, business management and social skills.
Your development within the company and your prospects for the future will be discussed and defined at six-monthly staff appraisals with your coach. Your career opportunities depend solely on your personal performance, and the route you choose to take to achieve this is up to you.
Our staff model has three tiers; Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager. With an excellent performance, the top tier can be reached within three to five years.
